Robert Ireland's Five Elements at Madison-Jackson

USA- New York, NY | Feb 29 2012 | (01:11:11 - EDT)

Michael Bolla, celebrity real estate guru and developer, who has worked with Heidi Klum, Denzel Washington, Jennifer Aniston, Paul Rudd, and Kate Winslet, among others, is partnering with Thomas Sung, a leader in the development and reinvigoration of the Lower East Side, to open a luxury residential apartment building, Madison-Jackson.

The Madison-Jackson building is located at 371 Madison Street, in the heart of the Lower East Side. The LES is one of the last areas in Manhattan that still reflects old school New York; where artists, musicians, and forward thinkers all co-exist. The building will reflect the spirit of its surroundings and all the area has to offer with full-on luxury. Madison-Jackson is blocks away from some of the city's best nightlife, restaurants, galleries and shops, yet on a quiet peaceful block.

Michael is a pioneer who has his finger on the pulse for real estate trends, making Madison-Jackson the hot new luxury building in downtown Manhattan. The 110-unit, six-story historical pre-war building features an assortment of high-end amenities, including a gym with private training sessions, holistic club and 24-hour room service from the building's vegetarian kitchen. Additionally, Madison-Jackson is partnering with the Sylvia Center, a non-profit youth organization to curate a monthly rotating art exhibit, which will be staged in the building's common area.

"The characteristics of the neighborhood were a huge factor when determining what amenities and programs we would offer at Madison-Jackson. I wanted to keep the aesthetic fresh and vibrant, and the idea of a rotating art exhibit felt unique in the sense that the mood of the room would change and be manipulated with each exhibit," states Michael Bolla.

On the evening of Wednesday, February 29, 2012 Madison-Jackson and the Sylvia Center, a garden-to-table program that inspires young people to discover good nutritional habits, kicked-off the series with a cocktail reception and passed hors d'oeuvres. Up-and-coming fine arts photographer, Robert Ireland's inaugural exhibit, titled "The Five Elements" was the first installation of works to make its Madison-Jackson debut.

RL Ireland's works will be on display and available for purchase for the entire month of March. A portion of all sales will be donated to The Sylvia Center on Katchkie Farm.
