Manuela Dack's first collection, Autumn/ Winter '11, was stocked at The Shop at Bluebird after her graduate collection was discovered at the London Concept store Machine-A. Since launching her label Manuela Dack has continued to receive significant press including Elle Japan, Grazia Magazine, Style.it, ShowStudio, Vogue Italia, Style Bubble and W magazine.

Through her innovative techniques, combining leather and silk, the designers signature has emerged, resulting in a powerful feminine silhouette with an emphasis on the cut and detail.

Last season highlighted the designer obsession with quality and craftsmanship through the use of beautifully layered silk, printed leather, beading and embroidery, all inspired by her childhood spent growing up on a small island in the Caribbean.

Autumn/ Winter '12 sees the return of her intricately crafted outerwear that first caught the industries eye, as well as introducing new techniques, taking the designers aesthetic to new heights.

The Autumn Winter '12 collection, was inspired by a collection of carved and inlaid wooden boxes owned by the designer, translated through cut away leather, layers of texture and embellishment, with an angular uniform silhouette in contrast to spring/summers relaxed vibe.

Spring/Summer '12 is currently stocked at The Shop at Bluebird and Avenue 32.
