Peridot London’s A/W 12 combines luxurious natural fabrics with a new, refined silhouette, creating a confident and easy to wear collection of contemporary daywear, chic business wear and elegant cocktail wear.
Key garments have been constructed in clean, decisive lines and comfortable layers, with a lineup of elegant tailored coats featuring dropped shoulder details and cropped boxy jackets word with tapered trousers and sophisticated pencil skirts. This season's color stories include duck-egg blue, black, white, burnt orange and racing green.
Tailoring plays a key role in the collection with coats and jackets worked to a modern cut and designed in classic, luxurious fabrics, such as the sumptuous wools and Price of Wales checks.
The introductions of a capsule knitwear story sits comfortably alongside classic tailored pieces dresses and silk tops. Tapered trousers and sophisticated pencil skirts are layer with luxurious cashmere and wool mix knits -- the perfect combination of structured shapes and soft layers.
The collection also focuses on fine detail and plays with different textures -- seams and collars are highlighted with cable knit trims and rib detailing, providing a thoughtful design element to classic tailoring fabrics.
