Filmmaking Experiment: Project Twenty Three
USA- Salt Lake City, UT | Apr 29 2012 | (01:13:57 - EDT)
In a never before attempted filmmaking experiment, 23 of Utah’s most ambitious aspiring producers have combined forces under the mentorship of veteran independent filmmaker Richard Dutcher.
During 2012, these creative executives will take a single feature length film, The Boys At The Bar, through the entire process of independent filmmaking, from concept through distribution.
During each phase of the project, this team will combine their collective and individual talents, abilities, and resources to make the best and most profitable movie possible.
At the end of this effort, these 23 producers will have not only mastered the real work process of filmmaking, they will have delivered to the mainstream market a high quality, competitive, crowd-pleasing motion picture.
Utah will soon be home to 23 new film producers. Taught by experience, trained by the best, and tried by fire, these filmmakers will take the independent film industry by storm.
Richard Dutcher will change the way filmmaking is taught and Project 23 will forever influence the way independent films are made.
