In the latest finance news, a group of international oil and gas industry executives and investment bankers have launched OFS Capital (OFS), an energy investment and merchant bank. OFS provides expert services to the energy industry, including the exploration and production, oil field services, power, distribution and renewable sectors. Advising both corporate and institutional clients, OFS will be active throughout the Americas.

OFS Capital is a boutique investment and merchant banking firm servicing the energy sector in the Americas. OFS is co-headquartered in Houston and Rio de Janeiro, with offices in Washington, D.C., Bogota, Mexico City, New York and London.
