Publishing Policy
A refund is available for 60 days from the initial payment date. If you are denied you will be refunded full amount paid but there will be a $9.00 fee for the review of the content. We accept payments from www.paypal.com only.
We reserve the right to refuse any item based on our decision and internal policy, you may resubmit the same subject up to three times.
Denial examples include, but are not limited to:
- No hate material or illegal propaganda.
- No explicit or pornographic material.
- No alcohol or drug references.
- Images too small (must be a minimum 530 pixels wide by 300 pixels high).
- Poor video quality or not available on proper network (must be public and on YouTube.com or Vimeo.com).
- Material is not cutting edge, innovative or trendy enough.
- Material does not belong in any categories we feature or report on.
- Press release is poorly written or not in the English language.
- Content is copyrighted or owned by another party.
By submitting your materials you authorize EYES INTM worldwide redistribution rights to publish the content without limitation in print and online, and you certify that you are authorized to release this content and have the ability to transfer the rights to publish this content on www.eyesin.com or any of the EYES INTM Publications. By submitting content you agree to hold EYES INTM Corp. harmless and remove any liability which may result from the publishing of the materials you submit.
