Star Melissa Gorga Lists New Jersey Vacation Home

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga and husband Joe are trying to unload another home in the Garden State.

The couple, who put their swanky Montville Township, N.J. mansion up for sale in May, has been forced to put their second home on the market.

The Toms River summer house is listed for a cool $520,000, which is a steal in comparison to their 9,500-square-foot, $3.8 million primary home.

Their waterfront summer pad boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comes in at 684 square feet, according to Zillow.

While it may not have an Italian marble foyer, two marble staircases and a home theater like the mega mansion, the second home has an outdoor saltwater pool and patio area complete with outdoor kitchen and fireplace.

The home has reportedly been modified by Gorga’s real estate developer husband, who custom built their first home in 2009.

Rumors of money woes have surrounded the couple recently. A source told Radar Online last month that they were in “Way over their heads.”

“Joe owes a lot of people money,” the source told Radar Online. “They have the house on the market because they can’t pay the mortgage now that the interest rate on it has exploded.”

But that might not be the only reason for the change. Realtor.com reported last month that the Gorgas first put their larger mansion on the market because they are planning a move to Los Angeles to pursue Melissa Gorga’s singing career.
