Own Your Bedhead!, a relatively new internet startup company (May 2012), has released a social photo sharing application that is designed to help users and early adopters in a variety of ways. One way that the company envisions the use of their social photo sharing app (or web widget) is in helping companies that are on Facebook to increase their fans as well as engagement with their followers.

Nedra Batey, the Founder and CEO of OwnYourBedHead.com, states, “We see the Own Your BedHead! web widget as a fun way for business owners to run contests on their Facebook pages. Prizes can be whatever they like, from some inexpensive products to the more extravagant prizes. Entries will come by way of fans posting their framed bedhead picture with use of their computer’s webcam.
